Steve Stoddard
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Stoddard graduated from the University of
Washington in 1976 with a B.A. in history. Steve joined
RUI in 1982 and has held various positions of increasing
responsibility in operations (Assistant Manager, General
Manager, Senior General Manager, Regional Manager and
Operations Consultant). He headed the Kincaid's Concept
from 1994 to 1997 where he served as Vice President.
Steve served as Co-President from December 1997 until
October 1998, when he was named CEO of Restaurants
Unlimited, Inc.

Robert Nowlin
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Nowlin is a CPA. He holds a Bachelor's Degree with
a major in accounting from the University of Texas at
Austin, and completed the Executive Studies Course at
Williams College. Bob was a partner with Arthur Young &
Company, now Ernst & Young, then a Managing Director
at E.S. Jacobs & Co., an investment firm whose principal,
Mr. Jacobs, was a controlling shareholder of Restaurants
Unlimited from 1991 to 1994. He joined RUI in September
1992 as Chief Financial Officer.

Attila Szabo
Chief Operating Officer
Attila Szabo has over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He joined Restaurants Unlimited in 1994 as an Assistant Manager, was promoted
to General Manager in 1995, Director of Operations in 2000 and Chief Operating
Officer in 2005. Attila began his career in the hospitality industry in 1983,
working for an independent operator in the Seattle area and graduated from
the University of Washington in 1987. As Chief Operating Officer he is
responsible for Operations, Marketing, Product Development and Purchasing
for Restaurants Unlimited.

Don Adams
Vice President - Creative Development
Don Adams graduated with a degree in theology and
ministerial teaching from Dallas Theological Seminary.
From 1979 until 1983 he was employed with Specialty
Restaurants, Inc. He joined RUI in 1983 and has held
various positions of increasing responsibility in operations,
including Senior General Manager. He accepted the staff
position of Senior Director of Creative Development/Food
and Beverage in 1993 and was promoted to Vice
President in 1996.

Kathryn A. Murphy
Vice President - Controller
Kathy Murphy is a CPA. She holds a Bachelor's Degree
in Business from the University of Washington with a
concentration in accounting. Prior to joining RUI she
spent four years with Touche Ross, now Deloitte Touche,
as an auditor. Kathy started at RUI in 1981 as Assistant
Controller, and advanced to the positions of Controller,
Director and Senior Director prior to her promotion in 1996
to Vice President.

Carol Miller
General Counsel; Vice President - Legal
Carol received her J.D. from University of Puget Sound in 1985.
She joined the law firm of Ogden Murphy Wallace in 1984, where
she was a partner of the firm from 1990 through 2000. Carol
worked closely with Restaurants Unlimited during this time and
joined the company as General Counsel in 2000.

Pat Irwin
Vice President - Information Technology
Pat Irwin holds a degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
His 15 plus years of restaurant experience include technical management
roles at McDonalds Corporation, Perkins Family Restaurants and Bakery
and as an owner operator of a Perkins Restaurant. Pat founded a
technical consulting and development company that was an original
Microsoft Solution Provider and previous to employment with RUI held a
technology research and planning function at the Bill & Melinda Gates
foundation.
