I forgot my card when dining - or I forgot to tell the server that I'm a member. What do I do?
That's no problem. Please mail your receipt with your name, phone number and loyalty card number to:

It will take approximately 3 weeks to credit your account. Your card must be registered in order for us to assist you.

How do I redeem points/get rewards?
Please click "redeeming points". You'll be prompted for your username and password and will be directed to a website where you can order your reward.

I've moved, how do I correct my address?
Click "access your account" and you'll be prompted for your username and password.
Once you enter the secure site you can change your personal information by clicking "Edit Account Information" on the left side of the page.

I've lost my card

I purchased a card online, but haven't received it yet.
You should receive your temporary card via email within 7 days of the day you purchased your membership and your permanent card via the US Postal system within 4 weeks of the date you purchased your membership. If you believe that you should have received your card by now please email us at eatdrinkearn@r-u-i.com or call 877-997-3927.

How does the program work?
The Eat, Drink and Earn club is a loyalty/rewards program. Guests pay a $25 fee to become members and then earn points everytime they dine with us and present their membership card at the time of payment. Accrued points can be exchanged for RUI Promotional Cards, Dining Credits, Gift Cards and vacation packages! After joining, Guests register their card online at which point they IMMEDIATELY receive a $25 dining credit that they may use the next time they visit.

Do my points expire?
As long as you have used your card in the last 12 months your points never expire. Cards that have not been used in the restaurant in the last 12 months expire and are deactivated. (Activity is defined as a purchase in the restaurant or a gift card purchase online.)
